Over the summer and now into the Autumn and winter festive season, we have hosted a variety of exclusive, by invitation only events, from small intimate Leader Lunches to larger scale Think Tanks, client events and now on the 2nd December – our Festive Fizz & Canapes event – which starts earlier in the day with our last Talent Management Think Tank (TMTT) of the year, both on the 2nd December.
At our Think Tank events, we have guest speakers, leaders in their field of knowledge, who facilitate topical and relevant discussions. In this last quarter some of these topics included Performance Management, Brexit, Spirituality in the Workplace, and Trust.
On the 2nd December TMTT event we will be examining the issue of the multi-generational workplace and the variety of implications for HR, including communicating effectively with different generations. We also take a look at the changing world of work demographics. Clients will be showcasing their case studies (both local and global), looking at relationships, organisational change, and the adjustment of organisation culture and mind-set – not only doing different things, but doing things differently.
Our events are attended by companies from a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, legal, financial, emergency services, energy, utility, local authorities, health, education, media, housing and publishing.
