Judith Fraser - Principal Consultant
An experienced consultant, trainer and coach, Judith has 17 year’s experience working at senior management and HR levels within a range of business sectors including media, pharmaceuticals, financial, legal and utilities.
She joined Oakridge in 2003 and during that time has designed and developed a range of highly successful training programmes specialising in change management & change resilience, high performing teamwork, handling difficult situations, influencing, personal and career development, communication and interpersonal skills.
Before joining Oakridge Judith’s previous roles included Head of Production for Entertainment and Comedy and Controller of HR at Granada Television. This included a secondment to Granada Productions in Australia in 2001.
In April 2002, Judith undertook a consultancy assignment in Houston, Texas and was responsible for the business set-up, initiating business development contacts and delivering consultancy service for Scottish based multimedia and communication company, The Fifth Business.
Judith’s particular strengths are to deal honestly and openly with challenging issues and to create consensus with sometimes de-motivated individuals. Her approach is intelligent, pragmatic, sensitive and no-nonsense.
