An experienced and results orientated Director who has a successful track record in growing and developing companies profitably. A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, Brigit has extensive Change Management, Leadership Coaching, Sales and Marketing, Human Resource and Operational Management experience.

Brigit is a proactive “networker” and a natural at developing relationships. Passionate about developing people, gaining their respect and creating democratic and empowered teams that are able to achieve results.

Her past career has involved working for national and international Human Resource Consultancy firms. In doing so she has supported clients at all levels, across public, voluntary and private sectors, including a number of FTSE 100 companies. Brigit has been responsible for the delivery of change management and career development services to some of the UK's leading companies. People management, coaching and strategic business development has been at the heart of her career.

Brigit is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars and a commentator on radio & TV. She holds the National Network Women of Achievement award and is also a member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP). She holds the Diploma in Business Coaching, Master Practioner Certificate in NLP and Certificate in Life Coaching.
