Catharine Brooks

Catharine is an experienced and business focused training consultant with a real human touch. With 20 years of experience in training and development, gained from working in the manufacturing, service and finance sectors of business, she brings a wealth of experience in change management, leadership and team working, personal skills development, and business coaching.

Through her own consultancy business, Catharine has worked on many exciting projects. Leading over 400 Senior Crew of Air2000 through a four day Leadership and Change Programme is one such project. Another, and most recent, was defining and implementing a two year Management Development Programme for the management population of Norwich Union Central Services. Both projects were instrumental in the reorganisation and culture shift experienced by both companies.

Catharine’s simple values of work-life balance, honesty and professionalism, flavoured with a good dose of humour, reinforce a truly people-focused approach. Being extremely passionate about what she does she provides a style of training that is inspirational and fun, challenging and practical, upbeat and entertaining.

As an NLP practitioner, Catharine uses a variety of techniques to put the “WOW” factor back into the development of people.
