An expert communicator who quickly builds strong relationships across all levels, she is a dedicated leader with a passion for coaching and developing others. Sarah spent 6 years with a Big 5 Consultancy working on a number of major change initiatives. More recently Sarah has worked across a variety of industries, both private and public sector. Sarah’s key competencies are:

Leadership & Team Development – design, development and delivery of interventions to improve both team working and individual performance via one to one coaching, workshops and team awaydays.

Change Management – preparing and helping people through organisational change including working with leaders to ensure that they can effectively lead through change, building commitment to change, managing stakeholders, identifying and managing resistance and communications.

Facilitation & Training – designing and delivering training. Facilitation of workshops, team days and large scale events using a variety of tools and techniques.

Organisational Development – assessing organisations ability to deliver its strategy and implementation of actions to ensure success.
