Kevin CharlesworthReferred to as “one of the best deliverers of a training event you will find” Kevin Charlesworth combines a talent for delivering exceptional business facilitation with real-life, business experience. A former Chief Executive of Lindley Educational Trust, Kevin now devotes his time to coaching senior managers and their teams and delivering executive development events in the UK, Europe and Africa.

He is absolutely committed to the principle of de-mystifying the complex world of management-speak. He is one of the few consultants that submits his work for vetting by the Plain English Campaign.

Kevin is a qualified business psychologist who has a great enthusiasm for improving the way people work. During his career in training and development he has been awarded two national training prizes.

Outside of work Kevin’s interests include writing song lyrics, writing books and supporting Sheffield Wednesday.
