David Henderson

David is a highly experienced facilitator with a strong track record of successful programme design and delivery in more than ten years as a training consultant. He has delivered programmes ranging from team facilitation and management development to one-to-one coaching for clients in both the public and private sector.

David’s own management experience was gained working for ICI in a variety of roles including managing a range of IT infrastructure projects.  Since leaving ICI to pursue a career change into Training and Development, he has worked with an extensive range of blue-chip organisations in a range of locations in the U.K. and internationally.  In all his work he places great emphasis on actively engaging participants in the process, with a strong focus on achieving results back in the workplace.

Specialist topic areas include Management development, with a focus on ‘achieving results through people’; Team-building and Team facilitation; and Influencing and Communication Skills
