Mike GuttridgeMike is an experienced business orientated psychologist and Master Practitioner of NLP who has successfully consulted with a cross-section of industry, including AstraZeneca, PepsiCo, BICC and BNFL, as well as across the public sector, on a range of organisational issues including leadership, team development and culture change.

He has post-graduate qualifications in Applied Psychology and Industrial Relations and is completing an MBA. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.

As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist he utilises a wide range of diagnostic tools including measures of personality, emotional intelligence and leadership styles (HAY accredited). A highly experienced coaching psychologist with an eclectic approach, he is a founding member of the Association for Coaching and the BPS Special Group in Coaching.

A professionally qualified and highly experienced HR specialist with extensive knowledge and expertise gained in a variety of multi-union environments, Mike worked at Board level for seven years. He is an experienced workshop leader and facilitator in Europe and in the UK where he has also spoken at several large multi-national conferences.
