Tim LambertTim has spent over ten years as a deliverer of training and HR consultancy support to organizations large and small. He works with global food, pharmaceutical and financial institutions, as well as regional Fire Services, legal practices and government bodies.

Described by a client as “one of the best facilitators I have ever worked with”, Tim’s work spans process design, executive coaching and the delivery of a diverse range of team, management, leadership & personal development programmes.

He has considerable experience of Assessment & Development Centres, having designed and administered many of them in recent years across a variety of sectors. He has designed and implemented company-wide appraisal schemes, developed competency frameworks, designed and administered staff surveys, and helped organisations significantly reduce their levels of absence through a proven absence management programme.

Tim designs training programmes that effectively combine theory and ideas with real practical application, and he helps make sense of concepts and models that reinforce the learning. With a background in acting and performing arts, his programmes are always lively, engaging and delivered with style.

Tim’s passion for providing the highest levels of customer service has allowed him to become a trusted advisor to a number of clients whom he has retained for many years.

He has a 1st Class Hons degree and a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching (and a Diploma with Distinction in Acting).
