Val Boyko was born and raised in Scotland and now lives in the USA, outside Philadelphia. She brings over 10 years of corporate management experience including two Fortune 500 corporations.
As a consultant and executive coach she is committed to making a difference in the success of global organisations, and to transform the professional and personal lives of the individuals who make it happen.
Val specialises in Executive Coaching, Global Leadership Development, Global Diversity and Intercultural Training. She has developed training programs, presented at international conferences and authored articles relating to understanding and communicating across cultures, career issues facing spouses, adjusting to living abroad, and international assignment success.
Val’s clients appreciate her different perspectives, strategic thinking, light touch, intelligence, intuition, pragmatism and sense of fun. She is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation.
