Kirstie WeatherleyKirstie joined IBM as part of the launch team for a major new computer system previewed at the International Business Show. The next eleven years were spent in a variety of roles including system analyst, technical author, trainer, system consultant and finally head of the North West Bureau operations for a software company

Following redundancy, Kirstie spent the following 12 years as an analyst, subsequently managing the IT infrastructure for a multiple site manufacturing group.

Following over 20 years involvement with IT, Kirstie changed direction in 2001, and joined a local FE college co-ordinating the government’s vocational studies initiative for 14-16 year olds.
 
 She joined Oakridge in 2003 as part of the admin team and spent 2 years involved in all aspects of the business before changing to a marketing role in 2005.
