Stuart WalkleyStuart has 20 years experience in International Business leadership and psychology. He has had direct Profit and Loss accountability as Executive Vice-President (CEO) for EMEA-wide businesses (Revenue in excess of $160m) and managing large complex operations in various countries through providing vision, clear strategy, and implementation through engagement support to local Managing Directors and Leaders. That work has included leadership roles throughout Europe, Middle-East India, Africa, Japan, Canada and the US.
 
Earlier experience includes heading up International Sales Teams managing deals in excess of $20m, and creating sales cultures which are exciting and accountable. He has also worked closely in the development of new services and their roll-out over the international business operations. This includes the development services for the world’s largest provider of talent management programmes and an innovative range of programmes focused on “Leaders of Change”.

Stuart is passionate on the role that leaders and leadership teams play in engaging with people to ensure that vision and strategy “make meaning” and are not simply catch-phrases and clever words. A strong believer in the positive energy and commitment leaders can draw from their teams to achieve demanding business goals during periods of change.

He is a director of Oakridge Training and Consulting with a particular remit to develop and grow the business in its international and UK markets and to continue his focus in working with high-performing executive teams focused on growth. In addition he is a Non-Executive Director of Avanta Enterprise Ltd.
