She has worked across multiple industries including banking and finance, construction, oil and mining, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology, education, government and non-profit organisations.

Born in Sydney, Australia, Tricia has lived and worked in the USA, UK and Africa. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and graduated from Coach University USA. Qualified to administer tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Disc System, and Lominger Leadership Architect, Tricia is also a certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy and NLP Coach and has membership with the American Board of NLP and International Coach Federation.
