Julia Menaul

Julia has 20 years experience of working within Learning and Development. She is a Psychology graduate who started her career in retailing. She has had a wide variety of experience across the public, private and not for profit sectors within training management and as an executive coach over the last decade.
 
Julia is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and ITOL and Accredited Coach and Member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She has an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching plus a Certificate and Diploma in Coaching Supervision.

She is also licensed to use the Thomas International Emotional Intelligence tool. Julia plays a leading role within the Northwest to support the running of local activities within the CIPD and the AC. Her style is described as energetic, inspirational, supportive and challenging. Julia specialises in coaching, leadership and facilitation.


Julia has a good mix of being able to listen, digest and understand and relate to things. Has good EI and visualises things. Easy to talk to; is very well read. Anecdotes and stories really help and her style was great for me. Some of the key models I believe I will remember for the rest of my life!
