Lynn Leahy - Founder

A co-founder of Oakridge, Lynn has been training for over twenty-five years and is well known for her excellent communication skills and her innate ability to create trust and rapport with people at all levels.

Lynn won the Vistage International Award as an outperformer for her work with CEOs and MD’s in the UK. In 2010, she won a special award in recognition of high scores with Vistage over a fifteen year period.

A trained RELATE counsellor Lynn has completed well over four hundred hours as a coach and mentor. She draws on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches in her work including gestalt, transactional analysis, NLP and the psychodynamic approach. As an accredited mediator with experience working with both directors and junior staff, Lynn has helped resolve disputes that were seriously impacting teams or the company as a whole.

Lynn currently is based between the UK and Malaysia and is able to complete assignments on behalf of Oakridge throughout Asia. (Lynn has been a professional member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers since April 2011). She also frequently travels to speak in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

Your material was excellent and presented with a style of humility that Kiwis respect. The scores are among the highest that our group members have given to any of the presenters that we have had, and when you return to New Zealand we would be very keen for you to present to our group again.
