Mark is a Director with Oakridge Training and Consulting. He designs and delivers management team effectiveness processes, leadership programmes and provides coaching to a range of organisations in pharmaceutical, life science, manufacturing, banking and service sectors. With experience at senior and director level within human resources, quality and safety environments, Mark holds a Masters Degree in Strategic HR Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.Prior to working with Oakridge, Mark was employed in the Nuclear and Engineering sectors before consulting within manufacturing environments. His experience includes driving the re-organisation of a corporate centre, improving the processes around ISO quality standards, introduction of effective performance management systems and implementing high-performing team approaches.
More recently, Mark has driven team effectiveness across senior and middle management teams and has helped form talent management strategy, the latter of which he has captured in journal articles.
In addition, Mark is an NLP Practitioner and is accredited to deliver the EQ-i Reuven Bar-on Emotional Intelligence tool and the MBTI Type Indicator.

I have done change management training on a number of previous occasions and would rank Mark's approach as being the most helpful and most relevant.
