Marking our 25th Anniversary, we wanted to bring to the market a unique personal and organisational development programme that addresses every aspect of Diversity and Inclusion at work.
We are delighted to introduce our Embracing Difference Programme.
The Embracing Difference Programme came about following an internal and external client review process to look at ways in which we could provide the best solution to address our clients’ D&I Agenda. We achieved this by developing the Embracing Difference Programme which encompasses all aspects of the D&I awareness, management and support solutions that is not only cost effective for our clients, but time efficient in the management process for them too.
As the Programme title suggests, the Embracing Difference Programme is about recognising that we are all different, that we have different thinking patterns and different ways of doing things. It’s about understanding the differences in each other and finding the solutions towards respecting one another to work more cohesively together.Greater Diversity in the workforce results in greater profitability and value creation. The Embracing Difference Programme is not a tick box exercise, and our approach is from the ‘people’ angle and not the ‘policy’ angle. We see the learnings within the Programme as a journey and not just another training event. It is built on our ‘Action Learning Focus’ that gives people a safe place to explore, understand and then take personal accountability.
The Programme has been designed to cover a wide range of D&I subject areas and is delivered by The Oakridge Centre’s dedicated team of experts. We have gathered our team of specialists in their subject field to enable us to provide your organisation with a one stop solution, therefore reducing your need to work with several different providers.
