You told us about your Challenges and we helped find the Solutions
You told us about your challenges: battling post pandemic destructions, disruptions, work overloads and backlogs, plus trying to regain business composure and stability against the ever-increasing rise in the costs of living, manufacturing, producing and delivery.
We asked what is the common denominator that businesses need to critically focus on and pay attention to - not only to survive but to thrive moving forwards?
The answer is its People – ensuring effective performance and productivity whilst adhering to the business values and collaboration in its mission to succeed. Your People are critical to ensuring your organisation's success.
This year marks our 25th Year Anniversary and once again we have worked hard to develop bespoke training programmes to address your challenges.
These have included:

Critical Focus Programmes accessed all in one place
The Oakridge Centre launched its Embracing Difference Programme earlier this year to support organisations needing to address critical focus areas and shortfalls in their Performance Management Processes.
The Embracing Difference Programme was devised to help organisations to deliver on their critical timeline challenge of ensuring the issues identified were addressed. The Programme is not a tick box exercise. Our approach is from the 'people' angle and not the 'policy' angle. It is built on our 'Action Learning Focus' that gives people a safe place to explore, understand and then take personal accountability.
We have gathered our team of specialists in their subject field to enable us to provide your organisation with a one-stop solution, therefore reducing your need to work with several different providers.
The full Embracing Difference brochure is available here to download, including the Embracing Difference Programme Package brochure. Both brochure details more insightful information about the programme and the benefits it brings to you and your organisation.

Mental Ill Health and Loneliness at Work affecting Hybrid and Remote Workers
How do we know when a colleague is experiencing loneliness and the feeling of isolation at work?
Mental Health Awareness and Loneliness at Work is a key programme organisations are focusing on due to more remote and hybrid working people following the pandemic. Loneliness, defined as 'the state of being lonely', and feeling isolated at work can impact on an individual's mental health and affect their productivity and performance - including the impact of the disruption it brings to peer relationships and team collaboration.
We explore why it's important to embrace our differences, to develop a better understanding of one another. and the necessity to look out for another to identify changes in a colleague's behaviour. We look at Neurodiversity, people with a specific diversity trait, Social and Cultural Diverse Minorities in the workplace, and why the role of the Active Bystander and Active Allyship should be encouraged and fully supported at board level.
