Since 1997 the directors, central team and Associates of The Oakridge Centre have been dedicated to bringing leading-edge thinking to the practical realities of the workplace.
The team includes award-winning consultants with extensive experience of bespoke training, consulting, fascilitating and coaching, who have also held senior leadership positions in organisations and recognise the demands placed on people in a constantly changing world of work.
The Oakridge Centre works closely with a number of national and international business schools and leading bodies including the IOD and the ILM as well as facilitating national conferences on key management and leadership issues.
The company contributes learned articles to professional journals and organise a series of CEO and HR Think-Tanks to stay at the forefront of professional thinking.

We recommend programmes that are practical in nature, based on real-time and real-life experience rather than theoretical abstractions. We ensure our programmes and workshops are delivered by facilitators who can be supportive, challenging and prepared. They should also accept challenge.
We ensure that is there is absolute participation in our programmes, but also ensure there is subsequent follow-up activity in the workplace. Our interventions where ever possible must lead to demonstrable behaviour change.
