• Delivered comprehensive Lean training to senior and mid-level management in multiple countries. Created on-line company-wide improvement portal sharing tools, processes and discussion
• Implemented a leading-edge sales forecasting process across fifty international sales and marketing teams. Achieved a 30% improvement in sales forecast accuracy and greater than 70% customer adoption of the new process in less than two years
• Qualified initially as a Chemical Engineer (University of Edinburgh). An accredited NLP Business Practitioner and Transactional Analysis Leadership Coach (pending accreditation).
