ADAM ROBERTSON – SENIOR CONSULTANT
Adam’s work experience includes posts in project management, management assessment and development, sales and marketing management, training management and psychometric consultancy. Industry experience includes senior leadership positions with international blue-chip organisations.
Adam has 22 years’ experience of working with major blue-chip clients in the UK, US, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, SE Asia, Dubai and Sweden in project design and delivery including a number of Organisational Development assignments with pan-European and global reach.
He has designed and delivered major culture change and business transformation projects in former East Germany, Dubai and Thailand. Additionally he has designed, delivered and evaluated senior leadership development programmes (including Board-level participants) for clients including Marshall Group, Balfour Beatty, Co-op Group, Costain, Unilever, United Utilities, Yorkshire Building Society, AstraZeneca, Aer Lingus, ASDA and DHL, Amey Group, Iceland Frozen Foods, BBC.
Adam has developed and delivered sales and business development programmes for Manchester Chamber of Commerce and IoD focusing on business start-ups and SMEs, including delivering SPIN-selling programmes for a range of participants and organisations from start-ups through to major corporates.
Working with senior teams, he has designed and delivered senior team effectiveness projects for corporate clients including coaching senior team members and developing creativity training programmes for project leaders and LEAN specialists in retail and high-tech engineering sectors.
Adam’s qualifications include BA (Hons) History of Art: Diploma in Training Management; licensed by the British Psychological Society in psychometric assessment to Levels 1 and 2; licensed user of Gordon’s Personality Profiles; Saville and Holdsworth’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire and other instruments; Cognitive Process Profile, qualified master practitioner in SPINselling; MBA in Strategic Leadership, Henley Business School
