Specialising in a range of workshops including High Performing Teams, Performance Management, and Leadership Skills. Andy was thrilled to be nominated by a client for a NICE National Clinical Excellence award in training.

Previously, Andy was a Director of Oakridge’s for 12 years before stepping down to work as a senior consultant. Andy was successful in winning preferred supplier contracts with AstraZeneca, Greater Manchester Police, Greater Manchester Transport, Dutch State Mines, NHS, JCB and National Bank of Australia.

Prior to Oakridge, Andy worked as Senior Consultant for Acadamee and was the Client Manager for Exxon Mobil, SAP, and Compaq.

He has over 15 years working in leadership roles in industry, including Senior Executive and Operational Management roles. He started work as Graduate Trainee at British Gas, then moved to Nationwide Building Society.

Andy is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments including Emotional Intelligence, Myers Briggs Type indicator step 1 and 2, OPQ. He is currently studying for an Advanced Diploma in Psychology.
