Having worked in the software industry and then subsequently heading up I.T. in various manufacturing companies, Kirstie’s varied experience includes system design and implementation, writing technical manuals, customer and operational support, client training, account management, and sales, as well as extensive project management experience, strategic, budget and HR responsibility. A great deal of technical expertise and customer facing skills coupled with tact and a good sense of humour.
Having spent over 20 years in I.T., Kirstie joined Oakridge in 2003 initially to cover maternity leave. Using her varied experience and extensive skill set she has since been involved with all aspects of the business, but concentrates now on supporting clients, keeping them up to date with news and views, and organising a variety of events. Excellent planning and organisational abilities, supporting all aspects of marketing, business development, open training program, campaign management and literature.
Key areas of responsibility – developing client relationships, event organisation, Talent Management Think Tank and Health and Care Think Tank initiatives, Business Leader Lunches. STRIDE program, and Oakridge Client Events.
