While at International Paper, played a key role in achieving culture change at Ilford Ltd, which became the subject of a BBC television programme as well as two training videos.
Degree in behavioural Sciences, Master practitioner in NLP, Chartered Member of the CIPD, qualified in hypnotherapy and a Diploma and MSc. in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy). An accredited user of MBTI (Steps 1 and 2) and EQi (Emotional Intelligence Measure).
