Over 20 years’ experience as an Account Director, working with strategic global clients across people strategy, leadership development and executive coaching.

More recently in the last ten years, Deborah developed programmes for women in leadership, supporting female talent into their next position with the core belief that this development is not about ‘fixing’ women but equipping them with the skills, confidence and support to harness the natural skills they bring to leadership roles.

Previously, Deborah has worked at Penna plc, Barclays plc and blackswan managing regional, national, international and global client programmes including Tata Steel, The Department of Health, Northern Foods and Associated British Foods.

Deborah sees her current role as her vocation, taking great pleasure in working with the women participating in STRIDE, a dedicated programme aimed at supporting female talent across the North West and beyond.

Alongside an absolute passion for delivering strategic global solutions within organisations, Deborah focuses on working with clients around their people strategy to drive performance and effectiveness. Deborah is involved across a range of people development programmes, designed and delivered by The Oakridge Centre, to support clients such as Newcastle University, FERA and Liverpool John Moore University in achieving their strategic objectives.
