As The Future Focus Leadership programe is a bespoke package support solution tailored to address the most important areas of an individuals’ leadership development journey and that of the business to achieve its organisational success, The Oakridge Centre’s lead consultant will assess your requirements to ensure the programme content is designed to meet your organisation’s exacting needs.
Below we outline the complete programme package to support the 3 stages of Leadership:
LEADERS IN WAITING:
A leadership development programme for those not currently at people leader level such as apprentices and aspiring managers. For up to 12 Delegates and delivered over 2 Days to allow for experiential learning and presentations.
The programme covers:
• Foundation skills for new managers
• Effective behaviours and communication
• Active listening and building rapport
• Time and self-management and building resilience
• Presentation skills including roll play presenting styles and feedback
Bolt-On:
Additional training support programmes can be added to further tailor the active leadership development needs or where the delegate or delegates might benefit from further support such as 1 to 1 coaching.
LEADERS IN ACTION:
A leadership development programme for Supervisors and Managers of teams to advance their leadership capabilities. For up to 8 delegates delivered as 3 x ½ day programmes.

• Giving and receiving feedback

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS:
An informative and experiential leadership development programme to identify and explore the transformational leadership skillset required to lead the organisation to achieve exceptional results whilst developing a transformational culture. The programme is aimed at Senior and Executive leaders.
The programme is delivered to a maximum of 6 delegates over 6 days and completed within a 6-month period.
