The Transformational Leaders programme enables individuals to join a small cohort of fellow professionals for an informative and experiential leadership development programme providing the opportunity to assess, review and develop future focused leadership skills.

The programme is aimed at existing managers or leaders wishing to advance their leadership skills to achieve exceptional performance, productivity and results.

This programme is delivered over 6 months focusing on:

• Profiling - assessing and reviewing current leadership activities and mindset

• Drivers - discovering the known and the unknown personal drivers

• Influencing - exploring the opportunitiesto influence people and organisational culture

• Anchors - developing a well defined future focused leadership mandate
