Lisa designs and delivers bespoke business solutions, including training and mediation. Working with a variety of organisations to improve employment relations she covers a range of topics such as; mental health, stress, managing conflict, equality and diversity, discipline and grievance, managing difficult situations, workplace investigations, absence, and recruitment & selection.

With a keen interest in providing advice and guidance on mental health at work, Lisa supports employers to tackle stigma, develop solutions and equip managers with the confidence to offer appropriate support. She is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor working with businesses to promote that healthy people are happier, more engaged and more productive. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training teaches people to spot the symptoms of mental health issues, offer initial help and guide a person towards support.

Lisa delivers a variety of training courses and business solutions with Oakridge; from Mental Health Taster Sessions – to workshops on Mental Health Awareness and First Aid training. She delivers these to suit a wide range of organisational and people management needs. Each of her training sessions aims to provide down-to-earth advice and practical solutions.

Lisa is a qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor since 2018 and an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CPID), amongst numerous other accomplishments.
