Meg has 18 years’ of working both in HR/Learning and Development. This allows her to create bespoke coaching and learning programmes which are fit for purpose and transformational in the results they achieve. Meg helps to create new perspectives which in turn lead clients to achieve better results individually, for teams and commercially for the wider organisation.
Meg supports senior leaders and teams get to a higher level of performance with greater ease and authenticity. She helps people move out of their comfort zones so that they can realise their true potential to bring personal and professional benefit.
Meg is a relational coach and believes that our experience of the world/life/work is formed through the relationships we have with people and situations. In her coaching relationships with clients, she creates a safe space where we can explore, experiment, give and receive feedback, based on what is occurring between us, and to work together as equal partners in the coaching relationship.
