"Kindness is at the heart of everything I do."
Natalie GriffithsNatalie was delighted to be announced as winner of the Made in Manchester 2021 ‘Business Support Professional of the Year’ award, and finalist for the ‘Lockdown Hero’ award.
Natalie has supported businesses for over 15 years and has an abundance of experience across sectors. She is responsible for managing business operations; this includes Oakridge’s ISO 9001 quality management system, Investors in People accreditation, and opportunities for improvement.
Natalie takes great joy in looking after our team of Senior Consultants and ensuring they are fully supported and connected. She puts on a range of activities to keep the ‘family feel’ that The Oakridge Centre is so proud of; such as hosting wellbeing nights and finding creative ways to raise money together for charity. We were thrilled to raise over £1,000 for The Christie (leading experts in cancer care, who supported our late and deeply missed colleague Mark Burbridge) during 2020.
Natalie is your first point of contact and is always delighted to hear from our customers to provide support with your training and development requirements.
Natalie is currently studying to become a Mindfulness Teacher, which means The Oakridge Centre will soon be able to offer Mindfulness Training to our customers, which is a new and exciting opportunity for both Natalie and the business.
