Excellent course content. Having received training on handling conflict and difficult conversations with other providers, i felt this course provided actual practical suggestions on how to respond to different reactions to difficult conversations that would happen in the real world.

I've attended a lot of internal/ external virtual events and courses during the last year and Oakridge set the standard for ensuring people are present and learning during the sessions.

This is the first time I have attended a Think Tank session and I will most certainly be attending again, it was very thought provoking and a good opportunity to network with other HR professionals.

Both training days have met my expectation. It was engaging and interesting with a lot of interaction.

The programme was informative which gave me a wider understanding of a role of a manager. The different types of skills such as communication, leadership & motivator need to be a good manager was very helpful as I never thought too much into what a manager does other than manage staff and delegate, but this course showed me a different side to what a positive manager can do and what impact they have in building future leaders.

Enjoyed having an applied goal in mind during the training session; preparing for part 2 made the content in part 1 stay focused and relevant in my mind.

I really enjoyed the sessions and would love to attend more focusing on other topics relevant to my apprenticeship programme.

Fundamentally wanted to gain skills to improve my management style however I came out with a lot more, a tool bag to support new ways of working along with a deeper understanding of listening and understanding my audience.
