Tracey is an experienced marketing communications consultant with 30 years’ experience working in brand agency environments in South Africa, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Australia and the UK, where she delivered branding and communication strategies across multiple communication platforms and industry sectors.
Now leading on Oakridge’s brand and marketing communications strategy and implementation, Tracey also provides consultative expertise to support Oakridge’s clients’ requirements.
As Oakridge’s marketing lead, she delivers on its market awareness and client engagement communications via e-marketing newsletters, surveys, videos, social media and PR, as well as the production of all its collateral materials.
Tracey supports Oakridge clients by advising on and developing innovative online communication solutions for their employee engagement and training requirements. These include 360-degree survey tools, training videos and webinars, digital animation and illustrated storyboard communication tools.
In addition, she continues to explore new and innovative solutions for Oakridge clients, which presently include gamification and blended e-learning portals.
Further to her role as Marketing Consultant for Oakridge, Tracey is a Non-Executive Director for a social enterprise arts company, Creative Curve, whose aim is to educate, empower and enrich the cultural life of individuals and communities.
