Natalie Griffiths – Oakridge Business Support Manager.
Natalie joined Oakridge in June 2017 and brings with her over ten years’ knowledge and experience from previous support functions within industries such as Debt Collection and Office Supplies. She has a proven track record of going from strength to strength in her career and consistently taking on new challenges. Her previous position saw her step forward to support a difficult transitional period for a new Client whose key aim it was to expand in Europe, which was new territory for her and her employer. Natalie hopes to use her experience and ‘fresh eyes’ perspective to support and guide Oakridge through change and improvement to current processes, whilst managing the day to day running of the office, where she is based full-time in Manchester.
Natalie is your first point of contact and will be more than happy to help you with any enquiries. She is also responsible for assisting the training consultants, coordinating events and training sessions, preparing financial reports and keeping all systems and documentation up-to-date.
Natalie has a calm and positive demeanour and is able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
