Kevin is a highly experienced Learning and Development specialist, having worked with a wide range of public sector and private businesses over the past 24 years.
A qualified Business Psychologist and HR practitioner, Kevin's particular strengths include both the design and delivery of innovative training programmes. Indeed, Kevin has won national awards for the design and development of leadership training programmes.
Kevin has vast experience in leadership coaching, having coached business leaders from organisations such as Rolls Royce, AstraZeneca and Liverpool University.
As a Business Psychologist, he is an expert in the use of psychometric tests, including Myers Briggs and Emotional Intelligence. Kevin is also a fully qualified Agile coach, having a particular interest in encouraging Agile culture and ways of working across whole organisations.
