Talent Managment Think Tank

For the last 16 years The Oakridge Centre has hosted Talent Management Think Tanks to share best practice, benchmark talent development, showcase the latest research and provide a great opportunity to network, gain new learning, and to be part of a wider community.

Sessions are challenging and look at processes to develop talented people. The group meets quarterly and members come from a range of companies and sectors including pharmaceutical, energy & utilities, manufacturing, housing, FE and higher education, as well as the NHS. Membership is free and by invitation only. The Chatham House Rule applies to all Think Tanks.

Health and Care Think Tank

The Oakridge Centre works with leading NHS Trusts, pharmaceutical, health care, and life sciences organisations

The Health and Care Think Tank was set up for leaders and managers within this sector to share and brain storm solutions with like-minded individuals within similar environments, who are faced with the challenges in the areas of cognitive overload, talent retention, team effectiveness and leadership development. The Health and Care Think Tank is hosted on a quarterly basis and provides a 'safe space' for leaders in the secor to share their experiences, their successess and their challenges with their peers.

Higher Education Think Tank

Established in 2019, as a result of The Oakridge Centre's work with many leading Universities, the Higher Education Think Tank is hosted on a quarterly basis and is attended by leaders from across the HE sector.

The HE sector is facing key challenges around rising student expectations, increasing costs and revenue options, operating and competing in a global marketing, financial uncertainty and all set against a backdrop of a changing political landscape. The Higher Education Think Tank provides a 'safe space' for leaders in the secor to share their experiences, their successess and their challenges with their peers.
