We are eagerly seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team as Business Support Manager based in our Manchester City Centre offices.

Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team is supported to meet our business goals. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about people development. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Support Manager role showing entrepreneurial initiative. The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day management of all administration, including financial; operations management; and the general running of a busy central team. They will have the confidence to quickly assume an authoritative and business-like role – effectively and creatively implementing change and bringing together a broad range of people and agendas.

The main purpose of this role is to coordinate activities for Oakridge training programmes and activities across the North West, UK and at times globally. This includes both open programmes and bespoke and customised work. The role will also be required to work and travel around the North West from time to time supporting our client events.

This role will have a major impact on the business and the working culture so needs to go to someone who will bear that responsibility seriously, manage it sensitively and be enthusiastic and caring about the future of the company, its clients and its employees.
