Vicky is an experienced consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach with over fifteen years’ experience working across different sectors including nuclear, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, engineering and care. With experience spanning the full HR spectrum she has expertise in the areas of change management, organisation & people development and leadership & management development.
She loves working with clients to create change at two levels. At an individual level changing mindsets, beliefs and skills through the design and delivery of experiential learning events and coaching. At an organisational level, she loves translating their business strategy into pragmatic, simple people solutions. She views herself as an expert facilitator and catalyst for change, collaborating with clients to enable them to develop and own solutions. Some examples include the development of leadership programmes, competency frameworks and an award-winning career development framework.
Vicky is naturally curious (which means she takes the time to really get to know a client’s world) and passionate about helping people be the best they can be (be it in life or work). She has a particular interest in preventing extinction – supporting businesses (and HR) to meet the opportunities of the new and changing world of work! With a pragmatic approach and boundless energy, she enjoys the challenge of delivering tangible outcomes and facilitating change to achieve improved business performance.
Previously she has held a number of diverse strategic and operational senior HR roles in the nuclear and aerospace industries.
